Creating a valuable brand in higher education from scratch.

The Challenge: Scaling a Startup in a New Industry

Tevera was started in response to a question: “How could an EHR software company impact the helping professions like counseling, social work, and education?” The answer was to develop software to improve the placement and internship process required for licensure in those professions.

This required the process of building Tevera into a nationally recognized brand, from scratch, in a market with which the company had no previous experience. Throughout the process, Rhys and Maddie worked closely with Tevera’s sales, customer success, and product development teams to develop the marketing strategy that ultimately led to Tevera’s successful acquisition in 2023.
